i love you colleen hoover but i’m sorry i just couldn’t get myself to relate to any of the characters!! it was an interesting book that was written from 2 povs. the moms and i just couldn’t relate to that one or agree with her decisions WHATSOEVER she was so unlikable. and the daughters i liked her but tbh i couldn’t give a crap about her straight relationship. i stayed for the drama to see why the things that happened happened but I DIDNT GET ANYTHING?! which made me even angrier. sooo yeah i’m a vengeful bitch and i would like to see those love letters PLEASE.

the twists and turns in the romance story, the sweet young love, the heart wrenching details, what more could you ask for?

another great book
I loved this book it’s only the second one I have read and I finished it in 2 days. I highly recommend any of her books,I’m never one to sit and read a book in two days and this is my second one I’ve read by her in 2 days.

You never know what you’re getting with a Colleen Hoover book. But another beautifully written love story. Different but in an interesting way.

I enjoyed reading this book and it reminded me of Her Husband's Daughter in some ways.
Morgan and Chris are high school sweethearts who get married when Morgan discovers she is pregnant at 16. Morgan watches out for her sister Jenny who dates Chris' best friend Noah. A tragedy happens and Morgan and and her daughter Clara's life are turned upside down. Clara pulls away from her mother to deal with her grief and turn to Miller Adams, a classmate and someone her parents did not want her to be around. Will Morgan and Clara resolve their differences and be able to move forward together? What secrets will come out and which ones will stay forever unanswered?

Once again, Colleen Hoover delivered! This book had my emotions all over the place. I was angry, I was crying, I was laughing, I was sobbing. It was another beautiful story that only Colleen can produce.

Really liked the mother and daughter dual perspectives in this. The story about their relationship and overcoming grief while learning to understand each other was lovely but I really feel like two of the characters didn’t need to be quite as villainous as they were for this to have resonated. I just would’ve liked the chance to empathize with them a little more, but ultimately it felt like “character X is perfect and has never done anything wrong” and “character Y is soooo selfish wtf.” I still really enjoyed it though!!
