I wasn’t ever drawn into the book. Never really connected with the characters, and quite honestly hated them.

Another short and sweet review, because just like any other Dani Elias book I’ve read, I truly enjoyed this book! Hilarious, sweet, and heart wrenching, it has all the elements that Dani always puts in her books, and I truly cannot stop consuming her books! So good, and loved every minute of it.

Honestly, I cried at the end of this book. It was sad, sweet, and just so healing.
Just like the other Melissa Whitney books I’ve read, Coming Home really does an amazing job at depicting mental health struggles. I was sobbing as I read some parts of this book because, as an emotional person and reader, this book knew just where to hit me to make me fall in love with the characters. Dealing with the loss of a family member, plus some imposter syndrome-eque events…perfectly depicted and I loved every moment of this story.
A great read, especially if you feel like you need some feels to feel :)
