Honestly, I cried at the end of this book. It was sad, sweet, and just so healing.
Just like the other Melissa Whitney books I’ve read, Coming Home really does an amazing job at depicting mental health struggles. I was sobbing as I read some parts of this book because, as an emotional person and reader, this book knew just where to hit me to make me fall in love with the characters. Dealing with the loss of a family member, plus some imposter syndrome-eque events…perfectly depicted and I loved every moment of this story.
A great read, especially if you feel like you need some feels to feel :)
