I wish I’d read this book when I got my diagnosis. It has helped me communicate with my care team and make, what I hope are, good choices.

If you have a diagnosis, this book will help you chart a course. If you don’t, it’s still a good read and perhaps eat right, exercise, and get your PSA checked yearly. Catching it early yield better options.

The lack of lgtbq+ focus is mildly annoying and comical at points. I hear the edition will rectify this problem.

Well, the book is from 2015 a lot that’s in it still applies. It’s a nice overview with some meat to it. I would recommend that you augmented with the current Gradle documentation as it doesn’t cover anything that happened in the past eight years

Did not finish book. Stopped at 30%.
As allegory maybe the book is interesting but when it started on intelligent design ideas I was done.

It seems like a house of card with phantom patterns supporting it.

My tolerance for bullshit reached it limit and I was done
