Dr. Patrick Walsh's Guide to Surviving Prostate Cancer by Janet Farrar Worthington, Patrick C. Walsh

I wish I’d read this book when I got my diagnosis. It has helped me communicate with my care team and make, what I hope are, good choices.
If you have a diagnosis, this book will help you chart a course. If you don’t, it’s still a good read and perhaps eat right, exercise, and get your PSA checked yearly. Catching it early yield better options.
The lack of lgtbq+ focus is mildly annoying and comical at points. I hear the edition will rectify this problem.
