Good book about how to live healthfully. Not a ton of new info here, but the author has a very readable style and approachable plan. I like the equal emphasis put on mind, as well as body, and the importance placed on relaxation and sleep.

Common sense ideas for modern times combating all the issues that affect us in this day and age. One thing really annoys me though. He is a British doctor but the text is insistent on using American spellings of certain words! I am sure the yankees can still read the words (but they do have Trump as a president so maybe not!)

I’ve read this book gradually over the last few months, dipping in and out. It’s a great book packed with practical and easy tips to improve your health without too much effort.

Although this book didn't hold much new information for me, I would highly recommend others to read it. Dr. Chatterjee believes that the current practice of medicine is just a bandaid that continuously covers up the actual problem. He works with patients to find the root cause of their symptoms in order to change their behaviors.
In this book, he shares some personal experiences with his patients as well as some research that points to the toxic ways we are living our lives. This book discusses his four pillars of health: relax, eat, move, sleep; as well as simple interventions that can change your health!

Not many more insights than what is to be gained by following his podcast, but presented in a concise way with images.
Found the graphics a little amateuristic, but there weren't many of them.

If only Rangan Chatterjee were my local doctor. There’d be none of this ‘no available appointments’ rubbish- there’d be consultations, there’d be follow -ups! There’d be goal-setting and a rainbow food chart to stick on my fridge. All his patients, who he’d know by name and medical issue , would be a little bit in love with him, and may be rewarded by becoming an anecdote in his latest book, before skipping off into the sunset with their new-found health.
