Although this book didn't hold much new information for me, I would highly recommend others to read it. Dr. Chatterjee believes that the current practice of medicine is just a bandaid that continuously covers up the actual problem. He works with patients to find the root cause of their symptoms in order to change their behaviors.
In this book, he shares some personal experiences with his patients as well as some research that points to the toxic ways we are living our lives. This book discusses his four pillars of health: relax, eat, move, sleep; as well as simple interventions that can change your health!
