I really enjoyed the start of this book and some of it was interesting/useful. I felt the second half was all very justly culture, no pain no gain kind of messaging which I hated and thought undermined the first half of the book. It is definitely targeted for a middle class man who has space, time and money and very American in its approach. It hasn’t changed my life but some useful ideas. 

It's 5 review until the last life lessons part, i would give a 4.9 for that.

This is a workbook. It is a well put together workbook. It tells you what you’re going to learn in the chapter, it teaches that lesson clearly, and it reviews the critical points of the lesson at the end of the chapter. It gives a further review at the end of a unit (usually about three chapters).

It is less of a standalone audiobook and more of a listen to the author talk while you use the physical book as a guide. Or, depending on how the physical book is put together, listen to this book after downloading all of the additional materials from his website. As I do not have the book and did not download the accompanying materials I was not as successful as I could be.

I will try this book again, because what I was learning is very interesting. I just need a bit more prep time before I try it again.
