An excellent guide for how to form better habits in small but sustainable ways that have big impacts over time. The bonus materials, cheat sheets, etc. were also a plus. I'm already looking for ways to implement his suggestions in my own life and I am also thinking about buying my own copy of this book to own. Definitely a worthwhile read/listen.

James Clear provides concrete evidence and real life examples of the power of improving little day by day. His countless resources and insights all shown in the book are a sure way to stay on top of your good habits and drown out your bad ones.

The book teaches gradual habits, based on stories, to achieve long-term goals and achieve desired habits in small practical stages. It's well worth reading.

This contains some useful nuggets, but there's a lot of silicon valley-style sensationalism here. Don't read this if you struggle with EDs or struggle with trauma, or perfectionism. The overarching ethos is essentially "growth above all else," which is...not for everybody.
