Great book! Gives great shopping tips, especially for a first time parent. Even if it's USA centric, skip prices and most suggestions apply. Takes some of the guessing work out of choosing stuff.

Great read to help a soon-to-be-parent learn about all the gear that's out there. Will definitely be buying this one!

Helpful guide and first step in narrowing down the hundreds of options for baby. I found it useful to help me get a handle on my registry, though like any advice I receive - from books or IRL - I don't treat anything as the *perfect* answer.

I appreciate that they release a new edition of this every two years- it had a lot more updated safety info than other books I picked up.

Buying baby gear is overwhelming. This book gives reviews, feedback and purchasing options for all of the baby gear you could ever possible need. I appreciated the reviews and information given about each brand and company and have followed many of their recommendations. I would recommend this book to anyone having a baby who needs help choosing baby gear!

Awesome, informative book that breaks down every baby item you could possibly need and gives recommendations, based on price and quality. It also tells readers which items to skip, which is very helpful.

Helpful reviews on products and brands. Appreciate the up-to-date information on recalls, etc. Make sure you don't get an old version- it won't be worth your time.
