Chock Full of information. Really useful guide when trying to guess what to buy for a baby!

This book gets updated regularly, so check for the latest edition. The most helpful book I found for planning for baby - I ran out and bought the newest edition immediately after reading this library copy, and I've given away at least 3 copies to expectant parents.

This book has proven indispensable as we prepare for our first child. I really like the way the book is broken down into individual chapters by item for big purchases or related items for things. The opinions of the authors and readers of the previous editions played a major role in things we decided to buy for our baby. I appreciated the unbiased, no-nonsense approach to sharing information without preaching.
