I really liked this book. It has great recipes with easy-to-find (as in, I know what the ingredients are), well thought out foods for health. I checked on-line and there are many of his recipes there. His message about the Keto Basic Plan and then the Forever Keto Cycling Plan sounds extremely do-able to incorporate into life.

Really well laid out book and an easy read. Yet to try the recipes - that's next. It's helpful to have guidance on plant based & plant strong approach to keto as well.

I kept reading the same things over and over again. And a lot of the book didn't pertain to me; like recipies or different types of Keto diets so I didn't feel the need to read them.

This is a great keto book for beginners to explain what and how keto works. This is the kind of book I needed 4 weeks ago! I loved the outline and graphs, it was very user friendly. I'm excited to try some of the recipes too.

Interested in trying this out. I have followed him on socials for a while & always liked his position on things. I’m no doctor, but many things he talks about is on par wi5 other research I have done and I like that he weaves in OVERALL healthy with mental health and spiritual health included.

"Keto diet" gives an overview of the benefits of going on a high-fat; low-carb diet together with a full meal plan for 30 days.
When reading books about health and diet topics, I try to google whether the writer looks credible and either is a practitioner with papers or is truly based on research. This author was more focused on experiences and less on the proven science which makes it less trustworthy and the book must not be taken as the universal truth. It also became repetitive very quickly, although health books are mostly not valued by the writing style, but the efficiency. The majority of the book is filled with recipes and recommended meal plans for different diets so reading goes fast.
Yet, the idea behind the keto diet was quite convincing. I discovered that my current diet as well as cupboard includes a lot of carbs so I will definitely not go on a full keto diet overnight, but I will make some experiments on myself.

There was a lot of good information in this book. But it is hard to tell what is truth and what is pulp to sell his diet. He makes it sound too good to be true, which in most cases means it is. There are some things like the goodness of saturated fat that directly contradicts what the American Heart Association has been saying for years. So, who is correct? Can the big medical research organizations really be trying to keep us sick because it means more money and diets like this are really the better way? It is so confusing and trying to figure it out makes my head hurt. Once you get past the info on why the diet is amazing, you get the actual meal plan and recipes. You need to add supplements to replace some of what you lose by switching food but also to help with the diet's efficacy. I have only heard of some of them. I have done a lot of research into holistic medicine, so I do find it odd that there are some things I haven't even heard about. Where would you even get them? The recipes have ingredients as well that I have never seen. Arrowroot powder, bone broth powder, etc. Given that you also have to focus on organic and specific options, I believe the diet would also be very expensive. I am all for a better way. But not when it impacts so many other things negatively. I still like the idea of keto, but I like the idea of all-natural eating better. Less impact on my heart. Hopefully, that plan will work. For anyone who does follow this diet plan, I wish you luck and maybe message me to let me know how it goes, how you feel, and how expensive it is.
