I really liked this book. It has great recipes with easy-to-find (as in, I know what the ingredients are), well thought out foods for health. I checked on-line and there are many of his recipes there. His message about the Keto Basic Plan and then the Forever Keto Cycling Plan sounds extremely do-able to incorporate into life.
