This is my first Laura Pavlov book, and I am already a fan. The story, the characters, and the spice all worked out for me. Rome and Demi and the found family from the Ride and Die Group were adorable. So was Beefcake. Haha! I looked forward to reading the group chats. I love how the book tackled on the guy's friendship because we don't see that in romance novels often. Excited to dive into the rest of the books in the series.

This book is not for everyone. Please adhere to the trigger warnings mentioned in the author's website. This is my first dark romance book and my first by this author. I found the first part of the book interesting but the plot got convoluted in the latter half and Blakely had no backbone till the end and didn't even stand up to the lies and the manipulation particularly by Ryat. She just accepted every manipulation he and her family has done to her. And while I wasn't expecting the ending, I also thought it was just added for more drama and to further f*cked up Blakely. I also didn't buy the "love" story. I'm interested in Tyson's story though so I might continue this series. 

I am so bored with this book. It started out interesting but after they became roomies, it all went downhill. The current chapter I'm reading feels unnecessary and doesn't really move the plot. 

I am conflicted with this one. I have only read one TB book before this and that one was a favorite. This novella had sweet moments like the bike gift but also cringy dialogues especially during the spicy scenes.

Also the heroine doesn't have any survival skills like girl you've only met him  for 5 minutes and you let your son sleep in a strangers bed. 

Boring and cringe. This author's writing style is not for me.

It was cute and funny. Probably my favorite in this series. I just wished it was longer (only 4 chapters).

This is my second favorite book in the series. I wished the author just expanded more on Theo's character. Almost one-fourth of the book was wasted on talking about Evie meeting her work deadline. 

Meh. I was totally creeped out by the hero Marc. The wallpaper picture reveal gave me the ick.
