I’ve heard only good things about this book but I was just bored out of my mind listening to it. Probably a personal problem and would probably still recommend to others that I feel would enjoy this more than me.

Man oh man. How the cookie has crumbled. I honestly half listened to this and was very bored and will probably be DNFing the series at this point unless I'm like mega bored and have no other books with me.

I still cannot figure out how this series was life changing to some.

This sequel actually felt necessary unlike a different sequel that came out earlier this year.

Listening to how Rowan and Neil learning to grow together as the distance between them grows was very interesting especially since we didn’t get to see much of them together during the last book.

This was really good and started as a 5 star but slowly devolved into a 3. Maybe 3.5.

At certain points all of the different men and trying to remember their different backstories was very confusing for me and the back and forth between the current flings and past flings was not something I liked following. I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if they were in order and were just thrown in a random order.

The last 25% really devolved into nothingness and random plot lines that were hard to follow and felt meaningless.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 22%.
I set it down and never picked it up again. I want to finish it but won’t be able to make myself do it anytime soon.

Yooo this was amazing. I DNF’d this right after it came out because I needed to return it to the library and couldn’t force myself to read it. When my hold came off on Libby I was dreading it. I really didn’t want to listen but I am so glad I did.

This was another 5 star Katherine Center book and I would recommend this so hard to anyone.

I actually don’t know if this is 4 star worthy because the first 50 percent wasn’t interesting besides the Nesta and Cassian stuff and then I saw a spoiler and got super interested.

Will I read the next one? The world may never know.

the writing was just not for me. It was the most immature thing I’ve read in a while.

Maybe I’m in a fat reading slump after finishing ACOMAF but I am crashing out. Every book I’ve read recently has been boring and this was no exception.

This book actually started out as like a 4 star read until about 100 pages in. Then it went down and down as they got together and as things happened.

It felt like plot twist after plot twist that weren’t really plot twists because I saw them coming and it felt like they were just thrown in to make the story progress and weren’t adding anything. The first plot that they used to put the characters together was like forgotten after a while? It was just thrown together with not a care in the world.

Then the third act breakup. LAME. I feel like no genuine action happened to get Scarlett to even forgive him. Just gave away some cars and said some words and she forgave him.

Maybe it’s just me. Maybe Anna Huang isn’t for me. Maybe I just need a good Mariana Zapata slowburn or Emily Henry reread to get me out of this funk.
