I had no expectations going into this book. I was very pleasantly surprised, the writing is incredible and I truly cannot wait to read more by this author. The structure/perspectives are super interesting. This really makes you think.

The book has a nice premise and it’s always great to read more queer stories. The writing is very juvenile and could have more depth. Enjoy it like you would enjoy a Netflix coming of age romcom.

I misjudged the book as a “non fictional” narrative and expected it to be more accessible. The language makes it hard for me to continue focusing on it.

This book was beautiful, I can’t wait to read the other works to the author. A lovely exploration of what it means to be human, of love, of technology, of loneliness and of identity.

It would have been better if Klara had changed more as the narrative progressed. Would have also been interesting to have a better understanding of the book’s world.
