3.5 stars, brutal and very enjoyable. Please let Book 2 be as good!

A lot about this book was very problematic. Quick read so 2 stars for that.

I really enjoy Lucy Parker's writing but I didn't love the book. The relationship/sparks felt very rushed, they barely knew anything about each other, I couldn't buy into their relationship.

I found the entire thing about Alex and his 19-year-old ex wife uncomfortable. There's something very different about a 26-year-old and a 40-something, and a 19-year-old and a 30-something!
