3.5, I enjoyed the old-school mystery feel. Definitely giving the next in the series a shot.

Officially giving up on this series. I just can't understand how the police tell all the suspects everything, they aren't discreet while making enquiries, they're gabbling on about everything they've discovered to everyone! Duncan relies heavily on instinct instead of much else. The final reveal is meh, it isn't even someone on their radar.

And so weirdly unprofessional, like Kincaid and Julia. Does Duncan crush on every female suspect that crosses his path (like in Book 1)? Wtf.

3.75 stars! I really enjoyed this, a quick but atmospheric read, and the mystery was pretty compelling.

Wow, this was disappointing. I enjoyed Holding by Graham but this book didn't even seem like it was written by the same person. So melodramatic, the writing did not work for me at all, wtf was that plot twist with Elizabeth's son??

Fast-paced and entertaining enough if you overlook how utterly preposterous the plot becomes.

Thoroughly enjoyable, been a while since I've read something YA-ish. Can't wait to start Book 2.
