The writing is not for me, it manages to very poetically convey little. I was reading the words but not following the story at all. I gave up when even more characters got introduced.

I found Red Cloth, White Giraffe, Second Place Is the First Loser, The Carnivore's Lollipop, Plumtree: True Stories, Water Bites Back amazing.

All of the rest were also very good. This was a great short stories collection. The stories were with a point, well structured and all packed a punch in them.
