A million stars! This is hands down Sev's best work yet! And that seems unreal to me with how much I've truly loved ALL of her books! Her work is memorizing and makes me just sit back and go wow the brain this author has to create this perfection! AMAZING!!!
I'm gonna stay very vague on this. Just know, like with all her books, they are best devoured blindly as possible. I'll add more to my review later on here once book releases. But for now. Add it to your tbr. It is dark, heavy and not a traditional ending. But it's only a book 1. And ya never know where Sev will take us. I HIGHLY recommend this book! These characters are etched on me forever now. And this storyline is forever on my brain. Omg I'm never gonna recoup. It annihilated every part of me. Just wow! Top read of the year for me atm!!!

This book is why I can't trust overhyped books. Was it good... I guess. Literally nothing new in the fantasy genre. Main characters were lack luster at best. The inner monolog and lengthyyyyyy paragraphs and chapters were so unneeded. For me the ONLY thing that had me stick with it and finish it was cause the audio narrators were spot on! So good. Otherwise this one was dragged on way longer than need be. Will I read book 2 when it's out.... I honestly don't know.

Okay I have been so stoked for this new release coming from A.L!!!! It's book 1 of 3 so there is a cliffhanger, and it's kind of a doozy. The 90s vibes were perfection. So many times I had a smile on my face when a show, song or memorabili was mentioned. The life Bel lives is a tough one. My heart hurt so much for her. So much. Felix is a gem. Like totally top tier book bf. Swooonnnn from page one. He falls first and let me tell ya he falls hard! Ooo it made me gooey. I am so beyond stoked and ready to see where their story leads them. After what happens in Safe Bet ooooo I'm on edge to find out more.
