The pacing of the book was way too fast. I don’t see how they fall in love so quick. Maybe I’m missing something that everybody else saw. I didn’t love the way that much, very fanfic type of writing style.

This book was long but I enjoyed the storyline and characters. While the plot was not without its flaws, my biggest issue was with the development of the characters, as I felt there was a disconnect between the amount of love they had for each other and what was being shown. Despite its length, I actually wanted more, especially from the ending. Adding an epilogue would have fulfilled my desire for more.

Overall, I would give this book three stars, as I enjoyed it despite its shortcomings and feel there is significant room for improvement.

Surpassing my initial expectations, "Iced Out" by C.E. Ricci turned out to be a good read. However, the pacing of the love-hate relationship between the characters felt a bit rushed, despite that, the book remained quite enjoyable.
