This book was better than I expected. I’m not someone who usually is into the fake dating trope but I ended up liking it. The pacing was okay, I wish I saw more of their relationship development.
I definitely will be continuing the series and recommend this book to anyone who into sport romance and don’t like a lot of angst in books.

Out of all the books I have read in the series so far, this one had more depth. The Characters were flushed out and the relationship felt more organic and realistic. Definitely will recommend it.

This and Draft bus were my favorite in the series. The story had a charming, easy-to-read quality, with a slow burn that surprisingly didn’t bother me at all. In fact, the gradual build-up between the characters added to the tension and made the second chance trope feel genuinely authentic. Rowan and Theo’s characters were particularly endearing, making this book a joy to read.

It's worth mentioning that the book contains explicit content, making it a smutty read.
