this book is absolute madness it has my heart pounding, feet kicking, giggling, crying. everything. the plot twists the subtle romance moments, god im so glad i bought this book/series on a whim because i never wanted to read these, i thought they sounded crap and how wrong i was. it's so fucking good.

the characters i lover (the good ones obvs) the whole discovering a case thing was amazing the lies hidden in it and figuring the case out yourself. amazing. and the ending i never suspected the person.
i did think it was elliot and i was right but i never thought it was becca too. crazy.

honestly not my fav book ever and i didn’t cry like i thought i would but i’m glad i got around to reading this book. the beginning is slow paced and took a while to get into but once it started going i found myself wanting to pick the book up and see what happens next in the story.

got the book the same day i finished it. i loved it but god some parts made me so annoyed.
like belly and bloody jere getting married nearly or when she took him back AFTER CHEATING?!
and no. i didn’t tear up at scenes or definitely not the end, no i never, you did. the series itself was a simple easy read and i was honestly in love with the concept of the beach house and the romance between characters (love triangles make me stressed but even then i loved the books). overall slayed.

i read majority (71%) of this book in one day and i loved it. i still think solitaire was more better for me but the friendships in this book is so beautiful and just. i want it all. and towards the end when frances was in year 13 and the whole thing with school pressures (university’s etc) made me feel so much better especially when it spoke about grades and stuff like that. made me feel more optimistic with my future and less stressed so thank god i read this now <3 x

i enjoyed this book and the humour it had within it as well as how relatable it was. it felt like a chat with a friend however the long essay like chapters did make it difficult for me to enjoy this book as much as i wished i could.

this book was good. a better spanish love deception. but god did it stress me out when it got the the “disruption” in the time line like my heart was beating fast full on stress. so i guess it’s a good sign cause i did get fully submerged in this book.

i liked olives name it’s so cute and she wasn’t an annoying main character which i loved.

book was meh. the story was just like… honestly i don’t even know how to review this cause i can’t remember how i felt reading the start of it or anything that’s how mid it was. the end was just so confusing like why?! the ending was just like so random idk just wasn’t the best. if the book was maybe longer and the author explored the story more and made the “twist” much more exciting?! it would have been much better but it was a good quick read so there’s that.
