Fiuuuuhhhhhh WOW that was a lot to take in.

Sepertiga pertama si nyenengin banget ya. Super absurd, lucu, dan seger. It's like Ziggy tossing everything randomly and it works just fine. FOOTNOTE NYA TOLONG DIBACA YA. IT'S GOLD😭👌

Masuk ke part 2 mulai agak bosen.... part 2 akhir sampe belakang, mulai bergidik.

It was disturbing. 

I have no problem with the world building. It's none like I've seen before, and I kinda like it (aside from being disturbing). It's neatly odd.

Diceritakan dari sudut pandang anak-anak, this book def not for kids. Bahkan setelah ceritanya selesai, bikin langsung baca2 lagi halaman2 awal😃

Tidak memberikan efek lega.

I love how this book makes me feel. Dari bikin happy ketawa2. Nebak2. Terus serem. Ngilu. Takuuuut bgt. Tapi footnotenya tetep menghibur. Sampe akhirnya bikin super ga nyaman. Pengalaman membaca yang cukup seru buat aku pribadi. There's no book makes me feel this much extreme yet.

The jokes, the family dyamic, the language, and the explicitly funny romance.
DEF A FAVORITE!!!!

If you're into romance comedy with winy bits of action, GO READ THIS ONE. Fast paced, and heartwarming. I LOVE HOW THE PLOT WENT🤣💜
All those indonesian references were sure nice🥺

Buku puisi yang bisa dibaca selesai sekali duduk, meskipun untuk memahami bait2 ceritanya perlu berhari-hari.

Dihadirkan dengan sudut pandang kau dan aku, illustrasi yang ditampilkan terlihat kontras. Baris-baris cinta dengan berita kekerasan, dan kedzaliman pemerintah pada masa itu.

Tapi apakah benar kau dan aku adalah sepasang kekasih? Temukan sendiri jawabannya. Disela-sela kata romansa, tetap akan kau temukan keadaan yang membuat nyilu dan miris. 

Illustrasi potongan2 berita sungguh-sungguh merepresentasikan judul buku puisi ini, Cinta yang Marah. Dan memang berita2 terlampir memantik kemarahan. Namun, puisi2 yang disajikan tetap lembut dan tidak berteriak. Hanya piluuuu

It was fun, light, and enjoyable. Typical early 2000's jokes. I found them no cringey at all even until now🤣
It consists of 13 slice of lifes based on Radith's personal experience.

It's March and I can say that THIS IS THE BEST BOOK I'VE READ THIS YEAR.
WHERE HAVE I'VE BEEN ALL THIS TIME? WHY PEOPLE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS BOOK MORE? THIS. IS. A. MASTERPIECE.

It pierces my heart since the first story.
ALL THESE HEARTBROKEN TALES I CANT. It PAINfully beautifully written. IT TOOK ME TWO HOURS STRAIGHT TO FINISH THIS BOOK IN ONE SITTING.

FIRASAT AND MALAIKAT JUGA TAHU sure hit different.

Above all this seq is much better the previous book, Daughter of the Moon Goddess.

What I love the most:

  • Xingyin's character development is top notch. She knows where the priority lies. SHE WASN'T BEING INDECISIVE. The complicated feelings were brutally honest and It's nice to see the protagonist was not all white and pure.
  • We love men with actions.
  • ACTION PACKED AND FAST PACED WITH ALL THE RIGHT CONSISTENCY.
  •  The conflict was clear and I love how it was undone through out the book.
  • THE FLOWERY WRITING MS SUE LYNN TAN NEVER DISSAPOINTS

I could recommend this duology for you who are into romance fantasy with satisfactory love triangle trope, great character development, strong FMC, and action packed magic

Bury me before I bury you.

I'm still incapable of forming the words that captivate my feelings perfectly after reading this book. I don't think my review would ever do the book justice. This is easily the best written story I read this year 😭🍋💛

When I go to heaven, I'll tell God everything.

A book about striving, surviving, loving, and sacrificing. A book about humanity with all its fractured souls and bones. Woven from the bloody Syrian soil, it captured sharply the trauma felt by the innocences, hospital buzzing with new victims everyday, and the inevitable choice between helping or leaving. Staying or trying to be alive.

In a historic city plagued by bombs, life has persisted.

Told through the eyes of a 18yo girl named Salama, the story evolved itself into her daily routine as a pharmacy student turned doctor. Her coping mechanism of losing. Her hallucinations. It was so often torn my heart in pieces. Admist all those, sassy jokes were thrown, an angel disguised doctor, and found a love meant to be. A possibility of new life. And it was blend perfectly.

There are enough people hurting you. Don't be one of them.

Lots of Ghibli references that I don't mind at all. A cute banter. An understanding heart. Halal romance at its best. Siblings love so strong it hurts.

This is a book of hope. It ripped my heart appart and stich it back together. I don't know what else to say than do yourself a favour and read this masterpiece.
