I just couldn't do it. I don;t even care about going back to this book. This book was way too long.

Was all about to give this a 3 star, but then the one red herring was perfectly laid out. Enjoyed this one even though the main character is an idiot.

Thank you to Atria & Netgalley for the ARC.

Megan Collins has become an auto read author for me. I have one more in her backlist to read.

Anyways… Cross My Heart is quite the psychological thriller. The twists, turns and small puzzle pieces are extremely well done.

I am being very careful because this would be an easy one to spoil. Just know you need to pay attention carefully to alllll the emails being sent! You’ll have a love/hate with Rosie, but in a more shake her because you’re frustrated with her. Rosie is a well written character because her personality plays well into the whole storyline!

Make sure to preorder or put this on hold on Libby asap!

Overall, I loved this fantasy novel that had an immense amount of world building! My only qualm was the pacing sometimes. Parts of the story felt repetitive.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for an advanced copy.

This is my second Scalzi and his books make me laugh quite a bit. In this book, the moon has turned to cheese. Yes, that moon.

Each chapter is a different day after the moon has made its mysterious switch. This is almost like a collection of short stories where we get to see how each person is reacting.

The story of the two brothers and the group chat in Day 19 were some of my favs. The book is cleverly written and I look forward to more people reading it, so we can chat more about it!

I enjoyed this sequel to What the River Knows. This one, though extremely enjoyable, was not as good as the first. I enjoyed the few twists. It just felt very repetitive in some of the scenes between Whit & Inez.
