After seeing this book consistently on Booktok and Bookstagram, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and pick up a copy! It was enjoyable and the characters were well written. I purchased the other books in the series and I am looking forward to reading them.

Great plot, significant twist. Incredible dialogue!

Overall, I love how Morris navigated this thriller. The depth of emotion in regards to the character's losses and how they navigate the world were extremely well-written. Highly recommend.

Improved battle scenes! These have been great little escapism reads. I really like how Maas wrote both Amren's and Nesta's growth.

Read without knowing it was a 3.1 and not book 4. Was okay! Just set the stage slightly more for book 4.

My favorite of the series! I think I just really love Nesta and liked this far more. However, I think there were several gaps in the closing.

For instance, I want to know what happens with certain mates, does Tamlin just disappear into nothingness? IDK. Felt like some storylines that received significant wordcounts just fell by the wayside.

Loved every bit of this. Bought and finished in a day and just know I’ll find myself rereading it for the next month.

Such an interesting collection of data! Recommend for anyone with a background in sociology or just a mind intrigued by why humans behave the way they do.
