Joakim Zander's style of writing is so strange. It's very beautiful and descriptive and it's like he understands people. Just understands. Read this book to get a piece of this world. This isn't a bad book despite everything. It's different. It's happening now and this writer knows what he's writing about.

I enjoyed this like I enjoyed the first book but I was as puzzled by the ending as I was when I finished the first book. The plot thickens towards the end but the ending is always so fast and done before you know it. I'd love a more deep ending, all the struggle and not just the perfect outcome. I want more. I want more fighting. I wouldn't mind an extra hundred pages.

However, I did love the brother-sister relationship here and I liked how all the little pieces connected in the end. Short chapters from different perspectives keep it interesting.
