Jeez... didn't think this series could get worse. But this is a whole book of stupid emotional bullshit. Every chapter was full of various ways of saying, "I love him but I hate him," "I have no regrets because you're mine," "you don't know what love is." Give me a fucking break. The number of times she thought "I bleed for him" was too many. And then he leaves because he finally pulled his head out of his ass and now she's like "I can't breathe when he's away" 🙄 for fucks sake.
This isn't a dark romance. It's just plain toxic and a fucking soap opera. No plot. Just pure drama for no reason.

I have been dying to get my hands on the final installment of Alexius and Leandra and I was SO not disappointed. It was twisty, spicy and so much more. This story and series as a whole has this level of grittiness that will have you wrapped up in this world and dying to know what will come next. There is an amazing level of complexity that Bella J. wrapped into her book that leaves you breathless as well. There is a level of want to get to know more, and I am dying to get my hands on the other brothers because I know they will be just as twisty sexy goodness like Alexius is!

A Perfect Ending
This book concludes one of the best Mafia Romance series that I have ever had the pleasure of reading. Both characters of Alexius and Leandra grew so much from book one. Their journey was erotic, heartfelt, and most importantly believable.
If you want a complete, emotionally charged, highly erotic mafia romance series, I highly recommend this series.
Happy reading!

“A man's power is communicated and reflected off his wife's image.”
In the final book of Alexius and Leandra tumultuous relationship he will finally understand his father words.
Alexius’ love, obsession and possessiveness of Leandra is all encompassing.
It leads him down a path of darkness and spiraling out of control.
I liked his alpha nature but at times I really wanted to slap some sense into him.
I loved Leandra in this book. She has grown and developed and come into her own.
She is confident in her choices. Confident in her decisions. Confident in herself.
She is the queen that will not only stand by Alexius. But can rule side by side with him.
This confidence didn’t come easy or without pain though.
Alexius and Leandra’s attraction is undeniable and anyone with eyes in their head can see it.
Their lust and passion sizzles of the pages.
They have no problems with their physical aspect of their relationship.
But on a spiritual and mental level is where they are absolutely not connecting.
And that lack of understanding is driving a wedge into their relationship.
And that gape starts getting wider and wider. Until the first and foremost emotions and feelings are pain and anger.
My heart broke for them. I was crushed at times thinking they were in a no win situation.
“There is no battle as cruel and gruesome as the fight that rages between one's head and heart.
Two pieces of yourself wanting nothing more than to destroy each other. And no matter which part wins, the other will die. Either way, you will lose a piece of yourself.”
This book had me mostly always on the edge of my seat. My heart pounding wildly. And definitely fanning myself.
There is also family drama going on. Betrayals and broken trust.
But through it all I loved how the brothers always banned together. It was always them against the world.
Unraveled is a sexy, dirty, suspenseful story.
And a fitting end to this unconventional couple.
One last thing I just want to say how much I love the cover!
It fits Alexius and Leandra perfectly. This is how how see them sexy, sensual and beautiful.

3.5 stars because I love a good ending.
Unraveled- Bella J.
Okay that Alexius was toxic, we kinda knew right?! And in a twisted way, we like it, just like Leandra does, yet in the start of this book, Bella J, is killing his character with his toxicity. His jealousy, and plain out gaslighting her about the fact that he is in his right to trap her in a pregnancy, because he loves her? He mean?! Come on now. she’s smiling to someone and he goes ballistic in his mind. Really thinking: Her smiles are only mine?!
I like Isaia, from the start already. To me he has the right balance between being a bad boy and a soft boy. The venom of Alexius jealousy is insane.
I know that we are getting to know alexius better by each narrative, but it’s also a lot of repetition again, with obsessed thoughts about Leandra. Yeah, yeah, we know now. It also feels that he is blaming the guilt constantly on the fact that he loves her so much. Come on dude, you’re just an overly obsessed, jealous and definitely with some unhealed trauma’s. It feels like that Bella J, really wants to convince us that he really loves her, so we can forgive his behaviour.
But before we are able to forgive him, leandra does of course. Which is fine, it’s how the story should go. I would have loved to see that he would make some more improvements in his behaviour. And yes at some point he does, but he also did very very bad things.
At the end she makes a time jump after a cliffhanger, which annoyed me and also made me read very fast because I wanted to know how it would continue after the cliffhanger. That question was answered in the epilogue- which is an interesting choice of the author.
The story of leandra and Alexius came to an end, but it was expected that the other brothers might have story to tell too.
Nicoli here we go ;)

I needed to see some growth in Alexius, and this story delivered!
Del Rossa's never apologise, but it was good to see a couple of characters call Alexius out. This book was a great end to Leandra and Alexius story.
