3.75⭐️ The story line felt very unimaginative and read like an average Harry Potter fan fic, but the artwork in this is absolutely stunning. Perfect autumn read.

A teen goes missing from a witch academy with a dark past. Is the teen lost in the forbidden forest or has something more sinister happened? One class mate will do all she can to try to save try to get her friend back. Will she get to the bottom of the mystery or will her freind be lost forever?

This book has a great dark academia style and awesome witchy vibes.

A little novel for around Halloween/Samhain. The story was pretty predictable but still engaging, although it could have leaned heavier into the Horror. Seymour, the cat, was the best character in my opinion. The art style was nice although I have to add here that I might have enjoyed it more due to the fact that this was the first graphic novel I read on my new color ereader.

I liked this graphic novel however, it almost read similar to other books such as HP and the title is misleading. I read another review that called it " witchy YA graphic novel set at a boarding school for magic", which it really is. It does not scream Horror to me as some others have labeled it. The artwork was fantastic but the plot seemed to be lost. Others have pointed out the lack of Magic being used in this "magic school".

Would recommend as a read around Spooky Season, but I know some readers who would love this because it is a witchy novel.
