Love love love loved it!!! My goodness that ending!! ELLA !! You're killing me woman! The wait for the next book is going to be so agonizing

Another great book in the series. This one had a little more "What? Huh?" while taking you on a thrill ride. Hope she doesn't stop these anytime soon :)

The book is absolutely beautiful with a twinge of angst and a lot of love between Tate and Logan. Will not disappoint.

I wonder, will there be a new series with Robbie and Priestly? Please?

Hmm…I’m not sure if I liked this or not. It was very angsty and I’m not sure that I buy it. I understand the reaction of Tate and I’m going to mark the rest of this as Spoiler so don’t read the next paragraph if you’re on an app that doesn’t hide spoiler tags. Just know that I thought there were some inconsistencies with the reactions on this particular book. Also I have found that as each new book comes out and I re-read the previous installments, I find myself skipping all the smut scenes and most of the background and just reading the dialogue. Perhaps some of the 5 stars I’ve given this series are probably more of a four star in the end. I’m kind of over the smut scenes being so long and drawn out in this book. I felt that they used sex to connect and while that is consistent with the characters it’s going to be a criticism on my part in this book because after a four year relationship, it should be about more than a physical connection and I think that they held onto their relationship only by the physical connection in parts of this story. Realistically, this would have taken more than 48 hours to resolve.

What relationship is fixed by sex within 48 hours of one partner saying “no” to a proposal? This is totally unrealistic. I’m not even sure a relationship no matter how solid would last even with a large amount of communication after such a monumental emotional pit, but to have them reconnect within 48 hours with sex? Just no. I do not think that this even remotely would put them anywhere emotionally back to an equal footing, if anything, I would think that it would do the opposite and this is a huge problem that I have with this story. I love that Tate comes to some realizations in the end that bring him onto the same page as Logan and I totally agree that these two particular characters could have eventually reached this point at the end of the book but the hurdles in between were a lot more than could be fixed by sex in the drive-in and a couple of stilted conversations. Just not enough in my opinion to get where the author took them. But they’re her characters and that’s where she took them, I just don’t find it realistic or believeable and I think that it could have been soooo much more.

Ultimately, this turn in the story could have been so much more. I’m disappointed in the way that Tate and Logan worked it out. It felt like more of a short story than a full length 274 page book. I guess if you take away the smut scenes, it probably was. Disappointed, not in the plot driver because I think it was a fabulous idea, but I’m disappointed in the follow-through. It had potential for so much more.

Oh how I love my boys Logan and Tate! They are polar opposites, but fit together perfectly. Their dynamics always keep me coming back for more, even though I felt their love story became rather stagnant in the previous book, Tease. Now five books into the series, and things are back on track. I’m really happy with the way their relationship is progressing.

Tate’s interactions with his family have been all kinds of messed up throughout the course of the series. It is necessary and satisfying to confront the many cracks that have formed as a result of Tate’s evolution from a straight married man to a committed gay man.

Logan and Tate’s love for each other is more evident than ever. Their chemistry is still phenomenal, yet there’s a great deal of unease in addition to tenderness as they contemplate their future. I love how Tate and Logan share vulnerability and dominance. Even at his weakest, Logan maintains a confident swagger and snappy comebacks that are difficult to resist. Tate’s huge heart and openness makes him wildly attractive.

The story is filled with smiles, swoons, heat, and heart. There are some parts of the book that were slow going for me. However, as a whole it suits the very real nature of the couple’s complex love story quite nicely.

I’m excited to see how Tate and Logan’s story plays out. I am also dying to know what’s going on between Robbie, my favorite formerly flamboyant bartender, and Priest, Logan’s cold and enigmatic new law partner. I hope we get even more of them in the next book.

Oh god! Talk about rip your heart out. I adore Tate and Logan oh so very much, but the midpoint of this book just about broke me. My heart was wrenched and I couldn't believe what I was reading. But, but, but Logan and Tate are perfect! How could this be happening? I was stunned and shocked and emotional and needing to get to the end of the book because this damn well better be resolved.

This is one of those series' that I keep thinking, it can't go on. How can it? It's just the continuing simple love story of these two men and yet every book is rich and fulfilling and adds more to their story. I'm never left thinking that the story was unnecessary. I loved this book and seeing how much Tate and Logan have grown as individuals and as a couple over the years. Now I can't wait to see how it all finally ends in the next book. As much as I hate that this story will be ending, I can't wait to see the final happily ever after that's waiting there for them.

I was a bit hesitant about this book because I found the previous one a bit boring with not a lot going on. So I am happy to say this book was very enjoyable. Logan and Tate are such a good couple, happy to read another chapter in their lives. Only one book left in this series and now I’m going to be so sad when it’s over.

what can i say? it’s domestic fucking bliss! love these boys with my whole heart. can i get a hell yeah for healthy relationships and wholesome, true love? HELL YEAH!!!!!!
