Girlbosses who slay together stay together. A spooky and vindicating story about class stratification and gendered violence (and witchcraft !). Definitely echoes of Shirley Jackson as well.

Me gustó mucho la originalidad de la autora y cómo va evolucionando paulatinamente el odio de ambas protagonistas hacia los otros personajes. Se lee rapidísimo.

Had absolutely no idea what this book was about going in. Was delighted by the unfolding of the plot and the use of the horror genre to reinforce the message.

Sometimes the message was heavy handed and the horror elements taking a backseat, especially in the latter 2/3rds of the book, but this is the author's debut novel.

Overall a quick read with a lot of interesting themes.
