The Comfort Book is written in bite-sized pieces, which are easy to digest when you feel depressed and/or anxious. Haig pulls together elements from pop culture, ancient philosophy, and historical figures, as well as his own advice, to offer comfort to whoever might need it.
Moderate: Panic attacks/disorders and Suicidal thoughts

Hmm. I think I'd have liked this more in high school. Some nice sentiments in here it just didn't resonate with me at this point in my life. I won't rate it cause I'd give it one stat and that feels mean. Not his fault I don't need this type of help right now
