This was such a cute read with Jonathan, along with finding a partner in Danny he finds himself, friends, family and found family.
It has struggles with who you are and reaslising that happiness is inside you and you just need to find the something or person who unlocks it.
Loved seeing Jonathan become who he was always meant to be.

Messy Love
I really enjoyed this book. I think it may be my favorite of the series. And it wrapped up so beautifully!

I finished this whole series and I really loved the third book (messy love), the couple was honest and sweet and real mature working through their stuff. Great story ♥️♥️♥️

[4.5] you can rest assured that Danny and Jonathan’s love story isn’t as messy as the title may lead you to think! as they naturally progress from roommates to friends to lovers, Jonathan’s journey of self-acceptance and their open and honest communication shined through and were done phenomenally

A sweet addition to a sweet series. We come into this book knowing Danny and having a set up for Jonathan from the end of the last book. The reader comes into it knowing this is going to be a tough road for Jonathan, having been closeted due to a intolerant father and a heavy dose of internalized homophobia.
What I didn’t expect was how positively sweet the evolution of Jonathan and Danny’s relationship was. I expected tons of angst, and while Jonathan had a lot of heavy to deal with on his own, their connection is relatively angst free and refreshing. With our supportive side characters from previous books filling in the cracks, this book was a perfectly rounded simple and lovely love story. And a very well deserved HEA, especially for Jonathan.

Full of love, friendship and happy moment
Contains: newly freshly out, struggle with is identity of himself, roomates to friends to lovers, hea.
This is awsome. So well written. You could feel all those emotions and interior fears and all the struggle of the aftermath of the coming out. The loss of friends, the uncertainty in front of supposed friends, the weirdness and discomfort of not knowing how to interact with the people close to you anymore. It cut deep in you and you hope for an hea.
In all those difficult moments of uncertainty, there is new friends, a new community to welcome him, a brother who will help him despite their difficult past path. One friend will treat him more like himself and push him to discover more of their new community, to experiment more of the outside world, to surppass himself, discover who he is and embrace it.
Read the story its sooo good. Highly reccomend.

This was I think my favorite from the three books. I do wish we had more with the families since this was about how each guys family kinda messed them up in away (Danny’s dad leaving and Jonathan’s dad not being accepting of him)
I also thought Danny and Jonathan fit so well together they seamlessly went from roommates to friends to lovers and I loved that.
So happy I picked up this series!
