This was incredible!!!!
A totally weird twist on a unique character. You get to see what should be an achievable easy fantasy, slowly spiral down into a nightmare, as the highly intelligent robotic Vision strives to grasp the human experience.
What I particularly enjoyed was the very funny dialogue moments, where the visions discussed actions and the spirit of what it meant to be human, while also potentially missing that point.
Well worth a read for any comic fan looking to try something new!

Burning through my Hugo Reading packet. This was almost the opposite of the Black Panther nomination, as in I really don't get along with the classical comic style art, but the writing was a drastical improvement. Not sure I'm going to pick up the next volume, but I rather enjoyed reading of the Vision's attempt at Life in Suburbia.

Maybe a 3.5? Read this off the back of Tom King's incredible Sheriff Of Babylon.
I want to say something more than "it's good but not amazing" but I can't. Art good, dialogue good, concept good... Oh, ok, I thought of something! I care about it more than Data in Star Trek Picard, but i never liked Data.
I'm not sure the characters have enough depth for me to care much about but it doesn't suck. I'm going on to volume 2 now anyhow. *shrugs*

Even if you don't read comics, read these 12 issues if you have the chance. The story is amazing as it remains detached from the larger scope of the Marvel universe, but is so engrossing.
