It's definitely an original story. Takes a little time to get into it but once I passed the half way point it was hard to stop reading.

Intrigued by the synopsis of this book, ended up disappointed. Felt nothing for the characters in this story, no connection or empathy towards any of them.
Read it in one sitting during a binge reading day otherwise I think it would of been a dnf.

Brilliantly written with many twists and turns that build up to a dramatic ending. The characters were really well developed and very believable. I really liked Lily in particular.

the characters pissed me off, a lot, even more so when they were much much older. but besides that it was a really good book, like the plot was great, it had me waiting to find out what happened next.

For someone just getting back into reading I thought this book was great! I enjoyed that the chapters where pretty short making it easy if you only had a couple of minutes to read. Enjoyed the storyline and kept me wanting to turn the pages!
