I liked it, the plane scene and all that ensued is hylarious as usual, but this instalmente seemed a bit too straightforward for me, maybe becasue I already read the previous 11 :)

This is such a fun series! And knowing Fortune is still up to her antics after leaving the CIA is so fun. I can’t wait to see what else her, Gertie, and Ida Belle do.

The only bad thing about reading a Miss Fortune book is that it ends too soon.
Once again, Jana DeLeon crafts a book that defies gravity ... You just can't put it down! The humour is back in spades, thanks to the shenanigans the intrepid trio gets into. The mystery itself has plenty of twists and turns, and keeps you guessing until the big reveal.
Well written, as always, the book leaves you looking forward to more.
In a word, excellent!

Fortune's first case as a civilian. I still get a few good laughs from this series, mostly at Gertie's expense. On to the next!
