What a fantastic Christmas story (and yes, I love a holiday story any time of the year!).

It’s got holiday cheer, vacation vibes, yummy chocolate, and a French chocolatier who’s in desperate need of an English golden retriever of a man in his life.

Max is a people pleaser, and in his effort to do something grand for his brother and best friend, he offends the owner of the chocolate shop.

Luca is stressed out, understaffed, and annoyingly attracted to the man who somehow manages to barrel into his life. But together they are sweet and sexy, and make some holiday magic during their whirlwind romance.

The audiobook is narrated by Dan Calley and I’m thrilled by that. He is such a talented narrator and a fantastic match for Charlie’s story.

Up To Snow Good is another fun low angst, high heat novel from Charlie Novak. This is a type of follow up from her novella, Snow Way In Hell, but it can stand alone. You’ll just get some additional back story on Max and his family if you read that one first (and it’s really cute too.) Up To Snow Good has grumpy/sunshine, almost insta-love, and holiday fling tropes going for it. And chocolate. Lots of chocolate. I seriously contemplated running to my local chocolate shop while reading this.

Max has been described as a Labrador puppy, he’s just adorable. He just wants to make others happy, so is trying to make his brother and best friend’s anniversary special. Luca is a stressed out chocolatier having a bad day when they meet. What follows ends up with Luca and Max having a one night stand that turns into a holiday fling, with Max popping up to help Luca in his store. The story follows their week while they navigate falling in love with very different lives. There is no angst in this story, and the bedroom scenes are quite steamy. If you’re looking for a fluffy holiday romance, this book is for you!

Definitely cute! I wish it had a little more substance for my preferences but if your in the mood for something holiday themed and full of fluff then I recommend!

4.5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️& 3🌶️🌶️🌶️. This had a very simple plot, but it was very well executed. Our two MMC’S Luca and Max were totally made for each other and adorable. It also helps that their S*x was 🔥!! I haven’t read many MM romances but the cute ones are starting to grow on me. There were some points I felt it was dragging in terms of a simple plot, but I still really wanted to know what happened. It wasn’t that Christmassy to be honest, and the story likely could have occurred at any time of year and not missed much. I still really enjoyed it though!
