Hot hot hot!!!
Chemistry sizzled between these two. Nadia and Crosby are friends and also Nadia is Crosby's best friends sister. Crosby has sworn off women to focus on baseball, Nadia has given up hope of finding a man who is man enough to deal with her strong personality and job as a football team owner. Once things happen with them, it happens quick. My biggest complaint would be how the brother frequently expressed his concerns making sure nothing happened between them, but when he was told they just kinda skipped over that part.

This was cute. Good “brother’s best friend” romance. No big drama or conflict, just an easy, somewhat short read.

Who is Nadia? What is she having to do for Scarlett? Love the purse references as to what women need for going out with friends vs. going to work! I loved the rhyming schemes used in this story early on! Who are Crosby, Rachel, and Daria? How do those three know one another? What do each of these people do for a living? Oh my, things are funny early on in the story! How does Crosby know Nadia? What help did he need form her? The non-swearing swear phrases and words are a hoot! The sexual tension coupled with the comeday makes this romcom so much fun to read! Oh, the shoe picture was funny! I loved that Crosby kept his part of the deal he made with the guys as they headed for Spring Training, until he didn't. What happened! Read and see! Enjoy the story as much as I did!

I loved this sweet and swoony friends to lovers romance! Nadia is a prominent business woman who runs a professional football team. She has wanted to date but it seems the men she meets are intimidated by her power and wealth. She has pretty much given up on finding love. Crosby is a successful, sexy baseball player who gets taken advantage of by the women he dates over and over again. He has decided to give up on dating for awhile. Crosby is Nadia's brothers best friend but they have been long time friends as well. When they meet at a wedding, they begin flirting which leads to more. Since they are both so busy with their carreers, they decide to enter into a friends with benefits relationship. Nadia may be a virgin physically but she knows what she wants. Now that she has found the right man, she isn't afraid to ask for it. When Crosby learns that Nadia is a virgin, he doesn't run, but is surprised by how much he wants to be the man to give her all the dirty pleasures she dreams about. But can these flirty friends go back to just friends when both their seasons ramp up? This is a fun & flirty, sweet and off the charts sizzling romance with enough heartfelt emotion to make you swoon and cheer for these delightful characters. Nadia is strong and sassy, and Crosby is sweet with a deliciously dirty talking mouth, making them perfect together and their chemistry is explosive! I also love all their friends and teammates who were funny, supportive and loyal. What a great start to the Rules of Love series!

Lauren Blakely has no boundaries when it comes to exposing the heart. Whether it be with a sense of humor, a combustible attraction, a thirst for danger or a walk on the wild side, her characters hold nothing back. That's what I enjoy most. The Virgin Rule Book gives humor the chance to shine with a bit of a spicy edge.

**I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**

The Virgin Rule Book is the first book in the Rules of Love series.

Nadia and Crosby have known each other for years and consider each other friends. Crosby and Nadia's brother's best friend. Nadia is a powerhouse owner of a football she inherited from her father. She's working hard to make a name for herself and make her father proud. She has her life in order except maybe for her sex life. She's put off losing her virginity waiting for that right man.

Crosby is a professional baseball player and somewhat a womanizer. He doesn't want to continue this way after a few very public break ups. He makes a promise to himself and his teammates that he's going to take a break from woman. That promise doesn't last long when Nadia and Crosby agree to be each other's plus one for events. When Nadia confesses she's a virgin and wants Crosby to be her first all bets are off the table.

Crosby and Nadia are such a fun set of characters. Their chemistry is palpable between them. It was such a fun lust flirty read. I can't wait to see what's next in this series!!

Note: An ARC was provided by the author.

Lauren Blakely delivers yet another entertaining and endearing read, and with this being the first in her new series, she succeeds in introducing a cast of characters that readers like me can't help but become curious about. This series starter was very much a friends-to-lovers romance, and there wasn't a whole lot of drama with regards to the transition of Crosby and Nadia's relationship from platonic to flirty to romantic. The story pretty much plays out as I imagined it would, and while Crosby and Nadia get their happily-ever-after, I'm also looking forward to seeing the notable supporting characters work their way towards their own in future Rules of Love books. I'm giving The Virgin Rule Book 4.5 stars.

Nadia owns a football team. She’s wealthy and secure. So, why are men intimidated by the fact that she makes more than they do? Even a match-maker fails. She wants what her parents had, what her siblings have. But she hasn’t found anyone secure enough.

Crosby is a baseball player. He’s Nadias brothers best friend.. and he’s sworn off women. He’s made some bad relationship choices and needs to reset. He wants true love. What his parents had. He wants it all, but doesn’t trust himself, so he swears off women.

He and Nadia are friends, he’s known her… well, most of her life. They agree to be each other’s plus-one for her brother, his best friends, wedding. At the wedding, they talk and laugh and flirt…. And something changes between them….

This book is , in true Lauren Blakely form, fantastic! I love the characters. She I’d so good at writing characters who are real and interesting. The Virgin Rulebook is a great read. I recommend it highly. 5 stars from me!
