Lauren Blakeley's books have always been a great easy, steamy read for me and this was no exception. There's always some quirky banter and enough emotional connection for me to get into the stories, but they also do not tear my heart apart...which sometimes I just truly truly love and appreciate.

I loved Crosby and Nadia’s fun & flirty friendship in The Rules of Friends with Benefits. They are just as perfect together in The Virgin Rulebook. It took them a week to realize what their family has known for years;)
I absolutely can not wait for the audiobook to come out because Lauren has done it again! Crosby & Nadia are cute together as friends and their friends are awesome too…but Lauren definitely turned the heat up for TVRB…Crosby & Nadia are seriously hot together

Nadia Harlowe owns a football team. She’s a young, successful woman putting her mark in a predominantly male world and that’s taking a toll on her personal life as romantic Nadia wants a love like her parents had and both her siblings have found.
In the meantime, Crosby Cash, an all-star baseball player and Nadia’s brother’s best friend, is having another relationship burn and has decided to take a hiatus from the whole dating scene that comes with a support team to prevent him from failing.
Nadia and Crosby are close friends too and, in the midst of all this, they make a plus-one pact to the different events they both will attend. See where all this is going?
As usual, the author treats us to a great love story that started long before our book and the characters never saw coming. It’s fun, heartfelt and swoony, with a superstitious man that will steal your heart and a practical woman who calls it as she sees it and always speaks her mind.
This story is going into my favorite friends to lovers reads as Nadia and Crosby take the path of making and breaking rules to find their HEA.

I freaking loved this! Crosby is Nadia’s brother’s best friend, and they’ve known each other since childhood. They’ve both sworn off dating to stay focused on their careers. When they get together at Nadia’s brother’s wedding, the tension and chemistry sets them off and OMG. Also, Nadia is a virgin. This made for a funny and heartwarming book, and I need more!

What a way to start a series!
Loved it! The chemistry between Crosby and Nadia lept off the pages. Definitely steamy and the teasing seems natural. Laurean leaves us wanting more for this new group of characters.

Lauren Blakely’s “The Virgin Rule Book” is a sports romance about baseball star Crosby and his childhood friend, Nadia. She’s sexy, powerful, and smart, but her secret that many don’t know is that she’s a virgin. Though I’m not a huge fan of “losing the v” storyline, there was plenty of fun stuff to enjoy:
• best friend’s sister angst
• friends with benefits
• slapstick humour
• dirty talk
• sex escapades in an elevator and a limo
I love all the above! If this is all your jam, you’ll totally love this. It’s the first of the “Rules of Love” series.
Thanks to the author for an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Don’t let the title fool you if you’re not into virgins, I usually steer clear of virgin’s myself because it just doesn’t seem real.
But wow Lauren sure smashes any preconceived notions that a virgin can’t know their own body. I loved that about Nadia. She isn’t a virgin by chance it was by choice if the men she was with couldn’t do more than talk about themselves then why should she give that part of herself.
This book is lust filled, steamy, fire, and smoken’ hot. Crosby and Nadia light your ears on fire no joke.
It is a brother’s friend to lovers but it is also a friends to lovers because Crosby and Nadia were friends too. I just took a little longer for them to see the spark that others saw a long time ago.
The way this book plays out I swear it’s like old school Lauren I loved it and I want more. The extras at the end are going to blow your mind. More please!
I am going to get all gushy here with the narrators, these two are my favorite separate and together they make listening so fun.
Erin and Teddy are fabulous!
