Like Space Case, this is my second read of the book. However, unlike Space Case, I had forgotten almost everything about the book so I had to treat it like it was my first read. Can I just say: The writing style. The writing style is amazing and keeps me entertained and intrigued throughout the entire book. And the way that the mysteries are solved and are laid out are flow so naturally together in my opinion.

This series is fun! Especially to read with the kids. They’re always asking for #3.

Loved it and I love Stuart Gibbs.
The second installation in his Moon Base Alpha series, a space mystery series, kept me guessing. I never could figure out exactly had happened, but when all was revealed in the end it made perfect sense and there were clues earlier on in the novel that tied into the resolution. The characters felt more fleshed out here as well than they did in the first novel of the series.
All in all just as enjoyable as his Spy School series and I look forward to what happens next on Moon Base Alpha.
