yeah there's no way im continuing with this series or this author. I kinda feel like there should've been trigger warnings because there was absolutely no warning that all the shit that happened would happen. and it was all soooooooooooooo unnecessary!!! Like trauma after trauma after trauma all for NOTHING. also i lowkey never knew where this book was gonna go, and not the good kind. The audio book seemed a little grainy and i wasn't a fan of the narrators. this book was all around irritating. Like I have another book where i really hate the narrator and i almost started up the other book again because this book is so irritating

Tears. I had tears streaming down my face at 4am while I finished reading this GEM of a story. Don't let the tears scare you away, they came from the depths of my heart. They were born from the beauty of first love, forgiveness and the beauty of the life you can have. I love when a woman finds her strength in the eyes of someone that completely loves them for who they are to the core. When they have found themselves settling, and life hits them with something that has them forging their own way through and awakening the person they were always meant to be. No one delivers this beautiful journey more eloquently than Ms. Cherry. She has a ways of embracing a characters strengths and flaws as one and making their soul speak to you from the pages of the story. You FEEL the story all the way through you. You WANT for these fictional characters as if you are within them. You BELIEVE it with your whole heart and soul. These stories are not just something you open, read and soon forget. They are now woven within you as if the experiences were yours as well. Not every author can deliver this within the pages, but Ms. Cherry ALWAYS does.

This story is completely needed in this craziness we have been thrust into. To remind you of the beauty of love, loyalty, and soul wrenching experiences that build and strengthen who we are, who we want to be. This was more than a love story. It is a life found tale, and I LOVED every word of it. Readers! If you read with more than your eyes, if you embrace the fact that your heart and soul will be forever changed, read this book. It will not let you down. xo

Brittainy sure knows how to write emotional journeys. This was a great second chance romance with some heavy stuff. I loved how quirky young Kennedy was. The camp stories. Good book.

J’ai beaucoup aimé la trope best friends to enemies to lovers. J’avais pas l’habitude de lire cette trope mais j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

J’ai beaucoup aimé ce livre.
Brittainy C Cherry m’a jamais vraiment déçue.

Brittiany C Cherry once again delivers a great, emotional romance! I absolutely adored Brittainy’s writing, her writing so addicting to read, it also pulls you right in. This follow Kennedy and Jax and I couldn’t get enough of their story. Kennedy and Jax were a great fit and they were both there for each other when they both needed someone to help guide them in the right direction. I absolutely love romances like that and this was one no exception. I really felt for the both of them, especially Kennedy. She is my favorite heroine of Brittainy’s. She is strong, beautiful, and caring. Jax is the example of how great Brittainy writes about heros. He is a little mysterious, but throughout the book we see really nice characters develop and see him as a more emotional and open. Highly recommend this book, it was a page turner and a true emotional read from start to finish.

Thank you Brittainy C Cherry and Socialbutterfly for this opportunity!

Solid meh. Sounded better than it ended up being. The characters were lackluster, the drama felt unneeded/having both characters heavily traumatized was a lot. I did enjoy the focus on therapy helping, but found the characters to be bland at best.
