Once again, Pickett thwarts the bad guys, only this time he’s in Jackson, Wyoming. A little heavy on the machismo, but a good mystery that kept me reading late into the night.

Didn’t love this one as much as the other Joe Pickett novels so far, still enjoyed being back in Wyoming for a few hours

Another good installment in the Joe Picket series, though am beginning to wonder what the author has against women - there's virtually no positive female characters other than maybe one kid. They're always either predatory, idiotic, annoying, or evil.... Even Mary Beth is portrayed as whiny & complaining in this one, in a situation where I don't think she would be.
