This I love. Carter and Marlee are too cute together and it's exactly what I expected -and more. Getting a peek in how they survived the rebel attack and how they see Maxon and America afterwards. I just love it.

I wish the entire series centered on Marlee but since it doesn't I will take this tiny novella!

This was probably one of my favourites of her short stories/ e-novella series. I’ve always loved Marlee’s character and I absolutely love that she got her own short few patches of pages to shine.

The love story between her and Carter was adorable and it was great to read more about their story and how they met, to how they dealt with their punishments for the dangerous love affair and their life after as servants in the castle.

It was a lovely little supplement to the main book series and I loved the extra little details we got to pad around the final book into the trilogy, as well as a snippet of extra reading for after the conclusion of the last book, when Maxon and America had become King and Queen. The ending to this was wonderful and I’m so glad I read this as an ending to the book series which I’ve grown to love !

I listed to the audio book version of this one. It was a short story that filled in some gap on the character of Marlee. It also gave more depth to the relationship between Marlee and America. I loved it. It was heartbreaking but inspiring for the love that is shared between the two main characters. I wish I would have listened to it later because it gave some series spoilers. I recommend this series to the YA crowd, and I can't wait to finish the series.

Carter y Marlee merecían una historia completa.
