Unshackle (Deliver, #7)
4 stars
Just when I was figuring things out I was WRONG! I love the unexpected. This one sucked me in. I just love Pam's imagery she uses in the books as if I can see this being a movie! I can't believe the world she has created and everything that has happened with what these characters have gone through in this 9 book series. But getting closer to the end of this series is going to be bitter sweet. Toma's then Cole's!
Dominate (Deliver #8)
4 stars
So this one took a different turn then the rest of the series. Still a lot of unexpected things happened. A bunch of twist and turns. Tommy and Rylee are perfect for each other despite their tragic backgrounds and how they met. Rylee basically had nothing to lose to do what she did, basically left everything to meet Tommy. We also end up learning more about Cole and with the cliffhanger, I look forward to the series finale.
Complicate (Deliver #9)
4 stars
Well a lot of fans of the Tangled Lies trilogy have waited for this book! The series finale to the Deliver series and Pam delivered. The way Lydia and Cole met and throughout the first 25-35% trying to get past the unconventional way this couple was connecting was hard for me to actually see the connection between the two. This definitely was unexpected for me as I'm having a bit of conflict on Cole's story. Seeing all of our characters throughout was great its just that I'm just sad to say goodbye to this series. What a ride this series was. I wonder what Pam has next up her sleeve.
I received these books at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

This series is so unapologetically deviant and it is a go-to of mine when I’m looking for a dark and delicious read!
Wildly sexy. Emotionally demanding. Absolutely delicious. As if it would be any other way?
Pam Godwin has this masterful way to absolutely dominate dark romance and deliver it in such an amazing way that I am always left reeling and begging. For. More.

UNSHACKLE
Unshackle is the 7th book in the Deliver series and it’s an OMG read, not for the faint of heart! I had forgotten how I felt at the ending of Manipulate that I had to take time and decide on how I felt about the book. Well I felt a little like that with Unshackle too.
This is Luke Sanch’s and Vera Gomez’s story. Unshackle had me biting my nails and all sorts of nervous things while reading. There is violence and dark themes to this story. I felt like I was reading with one eye open and wary about what would happen next. There are so many twists and turns to the story and there were times when I wanted to put this book down but found I couldn’t because I needed to find out what was going to happen next. That’s what makes it a great book to read but only if you are prepared for a pretty dark book to read! 4.5 Stars for this one.
DOMINATE
Dominate is the 8th book in the Deliver series. Each book can be read as a standalone. But, it is best to read each of these books in order. See below for the order. It helps to keep me straight on all the stories and characters.
This is Rylee and Tomas Dine’s story. Rylee Sutton hit a low point in her life. Her husband had left her for another woman. You know the old story where she puts him through med school then found him having sex with another woman. Now she can either end her life or live with the pain or move on, stop feeling.
Now 10 years later who knew that this would lead her into an even darker point in her life. When she meets Tomas Dine.
This is another pretty dark story in this series. But then all the other book in this series have been pretty dark. So be prepared.
I love how authors incorporate the other characters from a series and then I get to follow up on them from the previous books in the series.
DELIVER series (HEAs with no cliffhangers - must be read in order):
Deliver Us - Box Set
Deliver #1 - Joshua Carter & Liv Reed
Vanquish #2 - Van Quiso & Amber Rosenfeld
Disclaim #3 - Matias Guerra & Camila Dias
From Evil - Box Set
Devastate #4 - Tate Vade & Lucia Dias
Take #5 - Tiago Badell & Kate
Manipulate #6 - Martin Lockwood, Ricky Saldivar & Tula Gomez
Into Temptation - Box Set
Unshackle #7 - Luke Sanch & Vera Gomez
Dominate #8 - Tomas Dine & Rylee Sutton
Complicate #9 - Cole Hartman & Trace Savoy and Danni Angelo
I read something at the end of this book that tickled me pink!!! There is a teaser at the end of this book for the next book, Complicate. I didn’t realize that the Deliver series Cole was the same Cole in The Tangled Lies series! Another must read if you love dark books.
COMPLICATE
Complicate is the ninth book in the Deliver Series and brings around the conclusion of the Deliver Series and a tie in with Tangled Lies another of Pam Godwin’s series. And, in my opinion, it is also a must read series.
We first met Cole Hartman in Tangled Lies and Cole shows up again in Unshackle, book 8. Complicate is a great ending to a great series. This is my favorite book out of the entire series and it has been a 5+ STAR series!
I wanted Cole to have Danni again but this book took their relationship in another direction and in my opinion a much better direction where she gave Cole a woman of his very own! ;)
I am sad to see the Deliver Series end. I don’t know what is next for Pam Godwin but all I know is I can’t wait! I love her style of writing. So whatever is next, I will be reading it! 5 + Stars for this book and the entire series.

A solid 4.75 and the entire series gets a full 5!
Wow! Just WOW. Pam Godwin, you have absolutely amazed me, broken my heart, made me say WTF (out loud) and had me come to tears once or twice in this series, along with all the other feels. Getting to the last book seems perfect, yet sad, knowing that I won't read anymore about the Freedom Fighters and their vigilante justice.
This series has a LOT of darkness, so it may not be for everyone. However, it is full of STEAMY scenes, violence, and more. Read the TWs if you know you have them for sure.
All in all I loved this series and will certainly be reading more from this author!

Unshackle
I have been anxiously and patiently waiting to read Luke's story and it was so much better than I had expected.
Luke and Tomas are undercover to find and rescue Tula's sister Vera and find themselves caught up in the La Rocha cartel. This despicable group of vermin do unspeakable things to women. Luke and Tomas become entangled in the lies and deceit at their compund.
This series is spectacular and all encompassing. Unshackle captured me immediately and I could not put this book down!
Dominate
Tommy's story, and it was absolutely perfect. Tommy has been writing emails to his love that died suddenly for 10 years, assuming they were not being read by anyone. But while taking down the La Rocha cartel someone replied to his last email. Now he is on the hunt for the person who read his private thoughts.
Rylee is a woman who has her own demons and issues but she has read every personal email that Tommy wrote and has reached out to him.
This story encompasses all the facets of a well written and entertaining story. There is loneliness and hope, danger and espionage, lies and deceit, but most importantly there is trust and love.
I can't wait for Cole's story!
Complicate
Wonderful finale to a spectacular series!
I was so excited for this final, 9th book, and Cole's story! But now I'm so sad because the series is over!
The elusive and pragmatic Cole is finally brought to his knees by the voluptuous and beautiful Russian spy Lydia. He is so strong and virile but has met his match in in this gorgeous woman.
This story takes the reader on an intense and exciting tour around the world. We are exposed to espionage, intrigue, and passion in this well written and much loved final story.
If you have not started this series I highly recommend you do!

I’ve been a fan of the Deliver series ever since I read Vanquish (yes, I realize that’s the second book, so you might be wondering why I’m not talking about Deliver and the answer is because I actually haven’t read it which I know isn’t ideal, but I still love the series, so back to the main review now) and I would read each new book as it came out or at least I did until Manipulate. I put off reading it because I had expected the book just to be about Ricky and Martin, so when Tula was added, I guess I was a little nervous since I don’t read a lot of thruple/RHs as my preference runs more towards just two people. So in classic me style, I procrastinated reading Manipulate until Into Temptation was coming out and then I really got on the stick because I wanted to finish out the series and see how it all ended. So how did it end? Perfectly. It’s so bittersweet to have read the final book and know that there’s no more books coming out and that if I want to see these characters again, I’ll have to do a re-read not that that is a hardship at all!
I was immediately excited to read Luke’s book as he’s a ginger and I’m a ginger and I’m always down to read a fellow ginger! That wasn’t the only reason though, I really wanted to know what was up with Tula’s sister and get some answers. The beginning was really hard to read, pretty dark but then that dipped off a little and Luke and his fighter took center stage. I really felt for those two, they had a lot to deal with, but they had a solid, strong connection. It was a bit cheesy at times, but I loved their strength, their will, and how much they fought for each other. Unshackle was twisty and turny, full of suspense and heat, and the love was fierce and sweet. It was an excellent start to this box set, it goes hard and sets up the rest of the series and after I finished it, I couldn’t wait to dive into Dominate!
I wasted no time starting Dominate, I had no idea how this book was going to go and oh man, I was hooked from the very first page! I feel like I flew through this, I did not want to stop reading! Dominate got my blood pumping, my mind engaged, and put me on the edge of my seat — I was totally invested in seeing how everything was going to play out. It was thrilling and frustrating and sometimes I just wanted to shake Tomas, he was a bit of turd and I was so all in on Rylee. She’s amazing, she’s a total boss and I flipping loved her — I mean, I loved Tomas too, he’s so devoted and loyal, I just love Rylee more, hence why I was mad at him. All that aside, watching Rylee and Tomas grow and help heal each other was truly beautiful and heartwarming. I’m so happy they found one another when they needed to — I just love them.
There has been nothing I wanted more than for Cole to find his happily-ever-after ever since Devastate (maybe even since Vanquish but it’s been a long time since I read it and I can’t remember how much we see of him in it, so I’ll just stick with Devastate as I know I for sure wanted his story after reading it). I’ve been broken hearted for him and I just wanted him to be happy. While Complicate might not have been as dark as some of the previous books, it still hit me right where it hurts. It made my heart ache, it made tear up more than once and ripped my heart out a little. It’s not all angst, the push and pull between Cole and Lydia was delicious to watch and it had super sweet moments, it was just really bittersweet to read knowing that it was the last book of the series. As I said before, it truly ended perfectly, there’s nothing I would want changed and even though I’m sad it’s over, I love that everyone in this crazy, wild, wonderful group of characters has found their person and are happy, having fun, and kicking butt!
You know I recently read and reviewed a box set and I was going on and on about how much I loved doing that and how I am/should read more box sets and I don’t want to say I regret saying that, but boy, reading and reviewing box sets is hard work. They take a lot of time and energy and while I loved Into Temptation and it was totally worth it, I think it’s safe to say, I’ll be sticking with single books for awhile. Now I suppose I should actually talk about the content within instead of the external process that comes along with it. Anyway, wow, what do I say? I feel like I’m not just reviewing the last few books in the series, but the series as a whole. The Deliver series has been one of my favorites for years, I’ve had some all-time favorite heroes and books come out of it and it’s hard to believe that it’s reached the end. It was hard and dark, frustrating and heartbreaking, and also so beautiful and moving and full of love, friendship, family, sweetness and warmth. It is a group of people and stories that I will never forget and I will absolutely visit this world again someday — I love and adore it so much!

Unshackle
Luke is known as the charmer, the one who always seems to have a woman in his bed, if only for a few hours. He never expected that to change. His past is a dark dark place that hides all manner of sick s..t and it's definitely not something he could imagine sharing with someone. His mission is to rescue Vera Gomez at all costs and discover the location of the La Rocha Cartels compound. It's not to be captived by the Cartel’s vicious captive. It's most definitely not on the agenda to fall for her. Her past is a mystery he wants to uncover. Her pains is one he wants to comfort. And her pleasure is one he wants to give, at all costs. Vera Gomez may have been his mission, but this woman is the key to his salvation. Their story is not a romantic one, it's not traditional and it's definitely not for everyone. But it's theirs and I found it beautiful and intense and I could not put it down.
Dominate
Rylee has lived life at a distance since the night she almost jumped off that bridge. She let's no one in and in return she stays safe. Her only real joy in life is the messages she receives from Thomas, who thinks he is writing to his dead girlfriend email. She has lived every major moment of his life right alongside him, been his support, his greatest fan and confidant. So when his last email comes it terrifies her, pushes her to reach out and demand he meet her, where it all began for him. She may think think has prepared for every conceivable outcome, but she will be sorely mistaken. Anger is a strong emotion and Thomas uses it perfectly as a tool for revenge, punishment. He may think he hates Rylee, but there is a fine line between love and hate and the two are a lot closer than either of them knew. A lot of darkness and despair, some definite sexual tension and some seriously delicious sexy time a la Thomas Dine and his depraved ways! And oh my God Miss Godwin! That Cole teaser at the end, you are killing me! It's gonna be sooo good!

Cole Hartman has been alone for a long time. Mourning the loss of his girl to his bestfriend did something to him and work is the only thing that brings him any kind of satisfaction, that and his new family. Until the day they are threatened and his is forced into captivity to keep them safe. What the alluring woman wants with him he does not know, but he will figure it out. He however may get more than he bargained for when he implements his plan to turn the tables on her. She has deep secrets and trust will take time. Lydia is unique, intriguing and full of fire, the perfect match to Cole! It's fast paced, action pact and so darn good I read it in one sitting! Sexy, full of heat and a passion that scorthces! Cole Hartman may just have met his match and it's gonna be epic! I wish it was not over, the ride has been awesome and I am going to miss the gang terribly!
