A nice conclusion to this run - Cap and Bucky are some of my favs, so this double issue was definitely a nice sendoff.

Oof... This was rough. Also not a fan of MODOK, or the goofy art style.

Unapologetic about it's commentary on America's racial tension, this feels gratifying and, unfortunately, still timely 25 years later.

Excellent social commentary, predominantly regarding race. This issue feels very ahead of it's time - or rather, it is sadly, still relevant 25 years later. This is Captain America comics at their very best.

Full of tropes and felt very juvenile. Didn't handle the discussion of bullying well, in my opinion.
