A Tribute of Fire by Sariah Wilson is book one in The Eye of the Goddess series and it was so good!! I have quickly become a big fan of all of her writing. If you like forbidden love, hidden identities, strong FMC, closed door, secrets/betrayals, action packed, romantasy then you will love this book!!

Wilson did an amazing job with her first fantasy book. I did not want to put this book down. This story came in at around 500 pages but it was full of drama, battles, twists and turns, secrets and betrayals. The world building was done so well, it had magic and was influenced by Greek mythology. The characters were written and developed so well. Lia has been training to participate as tribute in Ilion. She must find the eye of the goddess to break the curse that’s been placed on her country. The game changes when her adoptive sister is chosen to escort her on this mission. Now she must not only save her country but also try to keep her sister alive. Along the way she meets Jason, the Ilion sailor she cannot stop thinking about and finds herself drawn to even when she is asleep. This is definitely a must read…I promise you will be as captivated by this book like I was but just know you will be left on a cliffhanger, wanting more!! The Adjacent Probable by Skylar Ray Foxx was so good and different. If you like AI, science fiction, mystery, thriller, world of technology, with diverse characters, and political turmoil then you will love this book. 

Skylar did an amazing job with this book, I was hooked and didn’t want to put it down. Skylar did a great job with the storyline, the attention to detail, the well written characters, and the plot. It’s very scary take of our future and what it would look like if the extremist gain power and control of our country. The world of science and technology is mind-blowing and scary how close it is to becoming reality. I’m so glad that I found this book on NetGalley and was approved because I don’t know if I would’ve found it otherwise and I for sure would’ve missed out on this amazing book. Wrath of Love by Vanessa Stock is book 1 in the Olympus Syndicate series and OMG it was so good!!  If you like forbidden love, rival families, Greek mythology, mafia x MC, touch her and die, you’re mine, Romeo and Juliet vibes, with a love triangle then you are going to love this book!!

Vanessa did an amazing job with this book. I read Right Where I Left You and loved it, so I knew I was going to love this book as well. She did an amazing job with the storyline and plot. The way she took from Greek mythology, mixed it with mafia romance, and added a motorcycle club was amazing!! I was hooked from page one and didn’t want to put it down. She did a fantastic job with the characters Ares and Aphrodite I was captivated with them. Aphrodite is on a mission to find out what happened to her brother Titan. Her father Ouranos sells her to Olympus Syndicate leader Hephaestus but finds herself drawn to his brother Ares. Ares is completely captivated by Aphrodite, he was friends with Titan, and vows to protect her. There’s suspense, rivalries, alliances, packed with action, and twists and turns, how could you not want to read this book. I’m hooked and cannot wait for the second book in the series to come out. I cannot recommend this book enough…read it you will not regret it!! I was given this book as an ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions. 

Perfect Fit by Claire Gilmore was such a great book!! If you love books best friends brother, no third act breakup, strong FMC with amazing friends, and workplace romance then you will love this book. 

Josie Davis is a career woman who built a fashion company called Revenant, which is located in downtown Austin, Texas. She decided to hire a consultant, her crush from high school Will Grant, who was also her ex-best friend’s twin brother.

This is the second book by Gilmore and I’m officially a big fan. The storyline and plot are amazing. The characters are the best. I love the friendships that Josie has with her BFF’s. I loved that this story takes place in Austin, I’m in Houston so this was awesome for me. I like that we got to see what kinda goes on behind the scenes of a fashion business. I just fell in love with this story and these characters I cannot tell you enough to read this story. Prelude of Fire by Christine Schulze is book one in the The Gailean Quartet series and it was AMAZING!!! If you like found family, long travels, epic journeys, world building, magic system, and wonderful characters then you will love this hook!! 

Ashlai is a teenager who has special fire powers. Her life is turned upside down one day when her village is attacked, she finds a magical shard that can save her village as long as she can find the six other matching shards. She sets out on a journey to find the shards to help save her kingdom.  What she doesn’t expect is to find is family and more importantly herself.

Schulze did an AMAZING job with this book, the storyline and plot were amazing!! The magic system and world building were fantastic!!  The characters were well written and loved going on their journey with them. I love when I can read a book and have it play out it my head like a movie and that’s what this book did for me. I did not want to put it down. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest thoughts and opinion…you should read this book!! 

In Italy for Love by Leonie Mack was an amazing read!! If you like forced proximity, one night stand, roommates to lovers, damaged MCs, book that take place in Italy then you will love this book!!

Jules moved to Italy for her now ex-boyfriend and is trying to back to Australia. Due to issues with her passport and low funds, she’s stuck in Italy for a few more weeks. She gets a job on a farm in Cividale, in exchange for room and board. She meets Alex and they have a one night stand never expecting to see each other again. Only to run into each other on the farm where she now works.

Mack did such an amazing job with this story. I literally wanted to read this book because it takes place in Italy, my dream vacation. She did such a great job with the storyline and plot. The descriptions of the places in Italy the villages, the farms, and the countryside were amazing. I thought the characters of Alex and Jules were so well written along with her meddling family. Nowhere Man by Deborah Stone was so good. If you like psychological thrillers then you will love this book. 

Stone did such an amazing job with this book. The storyline and plot were done so well. This fast paced story had me hooked, it was full of lies and betrayal, many twists and turns that kept you guessing until the end, even then I didn’t see that ending coming. The way she connected these stories together was phenomenal. This is definitely a must read!!! Dear Rosie by S.J. Tilly is book two in the Love Letters series. I love this series!! If you like childhood friends to strangers to lovers, millionaire, curvy FMC, retired football player, forced proximity, dual POV, second chance romance then you will love this book. 

I LOVE this book and it was an emotional rollercoaster ride. Tilly has a way with her words and her stories that just draw you in. It’s like you are going on this journey with Nate and Rosie, you feel everything they feel. The way he was so protective of her even as they were kids. Then the way he became so protective of her when he remembered who she was. He was going to make sure no one would ever hurt her again. The letters she wrote him were heartbreaking. I don’t want to give anything away so I’ll stop. I cannot recommend this book and audiobook enough. AMAZING!! Thank you to Valentine PR and S.J. Snapshot by Kay Cove is book two in the Lesson in Love series. I have not yet read Camera Shy but after this I can’t wait to. If you like friends to lovers, billionaire, marriage of convenience then you will love this book. 

Cove did an amazing job with this book, the storyline and plot were amazing. You get to from their past when they met to current. This book is full of romance, spice, revenge, and secrets. This book kept me engaged from page one I didn’t want to put it down. I love the characters and the banter. I loved reading Lennox and Dex’s story and their chemistry was so strong. I really enjoyed this book. It’s definitely a must read. Thank you Kay Cove for letting me read this book in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions. 

From Here to Eternity by A.L. Jackson is book one in the Moonlit Ridge series. If you like secret society, he falls first, morally gray hero, single dad, band of brothers, ex-motorcycle club, touch her and die, heroine on the run, romantic suspense then you will love this book. 

Charleigh is on the run the run from an abusive marriage. Her life has not been easy it’s full of tragedy, heartache, fear, loneliness, full of secrets, and she is constantly on the move. Then one day she ends up in a small town called Moonlit Ridge and she lays her eyes on River.

River is a single dad to Nolan and is a tattoo artist. He is morally grey, part of a motorcycle clubs with a tight group of friends who are more like his family. Charleigh enters his shop and the attraction is instant.

A.L. Jackson did an amazing job with this storyline and plot. I still find myself thinking about this book. This story took me on an emotional rollercoaster and that ending I did not see coming. I also think she did a great job with the characters (especially with Nolan), I could picture them in my head as I listened. This is my first audiobook by Jackson and I cannot wait to listen/read more. Andi Ardnt voice Charleigh and Austin Stone voiced River and they did such an amazing job.
