Inferno by Dante Alighieri
4.0
I read all of Dante's The Divine Comedy in my last class of my senior year of college. Inferno is great because of all of the crazy images he puts together. It helps if you have a Bible handy when you read it, just for reference purposes.

This book first showed me the wonders of creative nonfiction.
Night by Elie Wiesel

I'd been putting off reading this book because, I mean, who ever says, "Hmmm. I feel like reading a book about the Holocaust." But, I'm glad I finally read it. I must say, I finished it last night before bed and had a lot of trouble sleeping because of it. I would hope anyone who reads it has trouble sleeping, though - it's painful, haunting, and worthy of every award it received and then some.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling

I thought this book ended the series really well. But I had to deduct a star based solely on the fact that it felt like they spent 5,600 years in the tent. Always with the tents!
It did make me want to reread all of the other ones again, though.

The book offered advice that made sense to me, so I'm giving it a high score. We'll see if the score changes after I actually *use* the advice.
