Mourning Wings was a dark and spicy novella that left me wanting more.

The story was so engaging. I would have gladly listened to a full length novel version so I could spend more time with these characters, and learn more about the dark and twisted goings on.

I was lucky enough to get an ALC and I'm so glad I got to hear this story while I read it.

Avery Caris and Valentina Ortiz were so good together bringing all the intrigue and spice to life in the best ways. They did not shy away from the darkness or the spice and really elevated the story to new levels.

If you're looking for a quick read/listen that keeps you guessing you'll love this one for sure.

A dark paranormal romance with a 90s twist.

The Depraved Prince was a beautifully dark and compelling story that took a new turn every time you thought you knew what was going to happen next.

I had the privilege of getting an ALC of the audiobook. Joe Arden and Janine Granda really gave life and energy to these characters. Each and every character had a distinct voice, and both narrators were able to convey so much emotional depth often in just a few words of dialouge.

Check those trigger warnings but I'd definitely recommend this one to all the Spike and Damon girlies out there. You're gonna love Hayden Drago.

Jolly & Jaded by DJ Krimmer was short and fun while still having that emotional depth that I've come to expect from a DJ book.

I related to Grant and Elsie both for different reasons and was pulling for them the whole way through.

I was lucky enough to get an ALC of the audio and the production from BNA was stellar as always.

Joe Arden brought the emotion and intensity that he's known for to Grant and Amanda Willow, as Elsie, sounded like a seasoned professional in this duet narration. Giving a performance that made me laugh and brought me to tears.

If you're looking for a story that's more than just a cookie cutter holiday romcom I would absolutely recommend Jolly & Jaded. I know I'll be listening to it every holiday season from now on.

Codename Raike is the second book in the Omega series and while a lot of second books fall a little flat, Raike absolutely did not.

JR once again grabs your attention right from the start and delivers a story that you just don't want to put down.

It kept me guessing and on the edge of my seat but was definitely worth the sleep I lost so I could listen to 'just one more chapter'.

I was lucky enough to get an A L C of the upcoming audiobook. Sean Masters and Lee Daniels were phenomenal as Skeet and Alex, and the cameo by Joe Arden was a fun surprise that you'll want to pay attention to.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a fast-paced, engaging story with characters that are complex and lovable.

I can't wait to see what JR has in store for the Omega Security team next.

Sleigh Your Darlings was a horror movie in novella form with a twist that I definitely did not see coming.

If you (like me) prefer the darkness to a hallmark style romcom this is the one for you.
