Liked this! Read an arc so maybe some changes were made in final copy. Use.od zombies as metaphor for grief and how's it's like living while dead, unable to move on, was creative. Zharie and Bo were cute together. Writing style a little disjointed with descriptions and colorful language use that was beautiful in some place, jarring in others. Conflict was resolved too quickly and nearly for me. And ending is confusing and unsatisfying.

Cute & sweet. Authentic, loveable characters. Learned a lot about Judaism.

It was a cute story and Black, female, autistic rep is always nice to see because we need more of it. I wish the plot and characters were more developed but enjoyed it overall. Nice if you want a fluffy read with authentic autistic rep. The autistic hangout scene was my favorite part. 😊

The writing isn't the best; a bit generic but the story line is interesting! Dragons are always intriguing. The romance felt sudden and I believable at first. But the main plot kept me hooked. It really picked up about 70% of the way through. Typically wouldn't give a book that long but again the story was interesting. Wanted to know K's secret and how she would triumph.

Fun and delightful! I didn't think Bridget and Rhys would beat Ava and Alec but I loved them too! Not too sure about next book in series because not a fan of enemies to lovers but Huang has me hooked!
