I can't lie it took a while to get fully into this book about a third of the way I guess. But when i got there I realised the Stephen King obsession many have. *jic you haven't guessed this was my first haha*
From roughly a third through I was hooked, my mind desperately trying to figure out what may happen next, where this was going, would it be exposed... I wasn't quite sure what ending I was expecting but I don't believe it was the ending we got 😅
I'm eager to seek my next Stephen King read happy for recommendations below 🥰

I didn't love this book to be honest, I'm not sure if I because I read it straight off the back of the therapist that was amazing or I just wasn't in the right headspace but I found it repetitive and rather annoying. The horrifically long anguish for what I new was to come, the lies... yeah. A disappointing read.

My first read from b.a Paris and it won't be my last. I really truly enjoyed it. Questioning alongside Alice every step of the way. Some curve balls I wasn't expecting thrown in for good measure. Yeah... the dilemma next I think 😉

I adore everything about this book. I'm sure I remember colleen putting a post on her fb author profile asking for confessions to go in her upcoming book while writing. I think it was a beautiful way to bring a little of her readers into her words. The story itself is just so beautiful. Painfully beautiful. The illustrations within are stunning and a really lovely way to add to the reading experience. My heart is happy right now ❤

What an amazing read. So much second guessing, so much hope, so much heartache. Wow... I loved every twisted second. That ending was just so perfect.

Feels

My first coho book and boy does it pack a punch... Feels all the feels. My heart barely survived. I'm sure this is a situation most women can relate to be it directly or not. As a mother I felt this right the way to my core...
Won't be my last coho purchase

My heart. My gosh my heart. This book was an emotional rollercoaster. I felt every last emotion, every bit of pain and every bit of hope... I couldn't stop reading. And now I'm sad it's done. I could have read on forever. My heart still hurts even though I should he healed... Good job Mrs hoover, another fantastic read.

A brilliantly written fantastic look into Peter's career. At times I laughed, others on the verge of tears. Some of the story's within oh my gosh. Peter's writing style kept it factual but fascinating, I honestly didn't want to stop reading. A really great informative read. 👏
